• Side Street Projects: is part of a growing alternative practice of artists who operate outside the gallery system by working inside communities. Side Street Projects' mission is to give artists of all ages the ability and the means to support their creative endeavors. We teach artists how to roll up their sleeves and do things themselves with education programs that encourage self-reliance and creative problem solving in a contemporary art context.  
• Machine Project - Machine is a non-profit community space in the Echo Park neighborhood of Los Angeles investigating art, technology, natural history, science, music, literature, and food (more keywords). In our Echo Park storefront, we produce events, workshops, and site-specific installations using hands-on engagement to make rarefied knowledge accessible (past events). Outside of the storefront, we operate as a loose confederacy of artists producing shows at locations ranging from the Santa Monica beach to LACMA and the Hammer Museum.
