fodderin' fodd-a-tash

What they didn’t: holding the Bush administration accountable; fighting for gay rights and LGBT equality; and reforming campaigns and elections.

all the clever people want to dance, it's true.

they ALL are wrong.

with something as crucial as voting and voting systems, there can never be any one right answer out of three methods.

there can be right answers in a third party idea on the subject, however.

edit: We, are all wrong; let's just try our best, not to..

etc, et al

oh, and if there is ever any doubt, no matter how small in your mind that, I, don't know what I'm talking about; if you ever think i dont know what im talking about, please tell me because, fortunately for society, but unfortunately for me: i'm more worried about looking foolish than doing anything that would cause anyone to believe they are being "taken for a ride,"

in other words, that people end up worrying that, i'm actually serious about what i find funny.

even when that funny thing could be the irony involving something silly

... half-falsehoods

that request was not an order, soldier.

the sonic

when it stops being funny, it's because it is the truth.

when it starts to be funny again, it's because it is legitimately funny, not because it's bacome detrimental to someone or something(s).

what this all means to me (in english)

(or: an open letter)

im about done for the day; but just in case you didn't get anything i wrote from my phone. just wanted to tell you ask me to turn down the volume but, dont ask me to calm down or get to the point hurriedly; that's all ive ever been trying to ask of everybody since i was around five years old... or, however old i was in first grade.

yes, i can handle being pissed off and calm. when i started school in the u.s. they taught me how to do that. which is only half-joking, really.

that pretty much can stand in for any difficulites you perceived ever from me; but i caused, yes. i caused it. the twist is i didn't realize how low your expectations of me were

Well, he managed to stave it off as he had just made a comment that necessarily made him think about how he and his friends had made the case for the demise of punditry...

ACLU Seeks Answers on Reports of Domestic Army Deployment

10.22.2008

"Back in the United States, the American Civil Liberties Union has asked the government for information on reports an active Army unit has been stationed inside the US to control “civil unrest.” The Infantry Division’s 1st Brigade Team is training for domestic operations under the control of US Army North, the Army service component of Northern Command. The unit will serve as an on-call federal response for large-scale emergencies and disasters. It’s being called the Consequence Management Response Force, CCMRF, or “sea-smurf” for short. ACLU attorney Jonathan Hafetz said, “Given the magnitude of the issues at stake, it is imperative that the American people know the truth about this new and unprecedented intrusion of the military in domestic affairs.”

Georgia Plans to Execute Troy Davis on October 27

"And the State of Georgia has announced it plans to execute Troy Davis a week from today on October 27. Last week, the Supreme Court decided it would not hear Davis’s appeal of a death sentence for the 1989 killing of a police officer. Since his original trial, seven of the nine non-police witnesses have recanted their testimony. There is no direct physical evidence tying Davis to the crime scene."
